For use with Adobe Photoshop or Paint Shop Pro. Use with a pressure-sensitive graphics tablet and pen for best results, in order to gain maximum control over the strokes. A brief overview as follows ... Classic Brushes : 600 individual brushes ranging from around 25 pixels in diameter up to approx 80 pixels. Provided in 20 sets of 30 for ease of loading them into your host program. Mini Tips : 300 individual brushes ranging upto around 40 pixels in diameter maximum and spacing set to 50%. Provided in 10 sets of 30. CG Blox : 100 individual brushes with spacing set to 80%. Provided in 10 sets of 10. RS Base Set : 100 individual brushes with spacing set to 60%. Provided in 10 sets of 10. SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS (PC) Windows 95/98/ME/2000/XP Adobe Photoshop 3.05 or higher Jasc Paint Shop Pro 7 or higher SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS (Mac) Mac OS 8.6 or higher Adobe Photoshop 3.05 or higher Although these files were created on the PC it should still be possible to use them with the Mac version of Photoshop. You may need to manually import them and re-save the files if you wish the Mac to automatically recognise the correct format though. INSTALLATION Adobe Photoshop ... This brush pack should be compatible with ALL versions of Photoshop from version 3 upwards, including CS and Elements. 1. Unzip all the *.abr files to the "Presets\Brushes" folder in your Photoshop directory 2. Start (or restart) Photoshop for the new files to be recognised 3. The brushes should then be available to load from the brush toolbar Please note that some versions of Photoshop may have slightly different installation requirements, especially earlier editions. Read your program's documentation for more information regarding the use of brush files. Paint Shop Pro 7 ... Although PSP's native brush format is *.jbr you can also use Photoshop *.abr brushes too ... 1. Unzip all the *.abr files to the "Brushes" folder in your PSP directory 2. Start PSP and make sure that the brush settings are configured to use this folder 3. Start (or restart) PSP for the new files to be recognised 4. The brushes should then be available from the brush palette in the "Custom" option Paint Shop Pro 8 or 9 ... In order to use this pack with PSP 8 or 9 you must first "import" them to generate the new format files ... 1. From the "File" menu, select "Import" then "Custom Brush" 2. In the following dialog box click on the "Open" button 3. Browse your hard drive for the location of where you unzipped all the *.abr files 4. Select all the brushes that you wish to import and click the "Open" button 5. The brushes you selected will then show up in the left-hand column preview 6. Either click the "Add All" button or select individual brushes and click "Add" 7. The brushes will then be imported and ready for use 8. Click the "OK" button to exit the Custom Brush dialog box and return to PSP 9. The brushes can then be selected using the brush tool options Please read the documentation that came with your host software for more detailed information regarding the installation and use of brush files.
